Old Town Alexandria Farmers Market
My family docked our boat in Old Town Alexandria (VA) over the Memorial Day holiday weekend. It was relaxing to spend the night on the river, and wake up to a beautiful town with the sun shining. On Saturday morning we paid a visit to the local farmers market. The Old Town Alexandria Farmers Market is said to be one of the oldest farmers markets in the United States filled with local produce, fresh flowers, baked goods, fresh squeezed orange juice, pastries, and local craft vendors. It did not disappoint! I can't wait to go back again this summer!
