New Spot

There's a new wine bar in town!!! I love when new restaurants pop up, especially those that are filled with love and personalized goodness. Screwtop is located in Clarendon and is a wine & cheese bar with also mouth watering sandwiches, salads and soups on the menu. Screwtop offers a Wine & Cheese Monthly Club where you receive 2 bottles of wine a month plus cheese, chocolate and charcuterie (prepared meat products) for pairing. As a member, you receive discounts on wine, bar and gourment purchases and have access to special events and classes! How fun!!! , I am REALLY excited to give this place a try!! Any takers?

Rumor: Sprinkles Cupcakes & Crumbs Bake Shop are both coming to the DC area with Crumbs opening up a shop in Clarendon in the spring (hello birthday). Holy cow I am excited. Count me in on doing a taste test of both of these loved sweet treat shops.
