Bob Marley tunes. Bud Light Lime. Sunglasses, or in this case, a nice pretty sun hat. Good Friends. Oh boy! I can't wait for this weather to warm up and make me the happiest little camper on the block. I am beginning to feel that Easter spirit. Was it because last night Lo J whipped some Easter candy out of her "Easter Bunny stash" for the family to snack on while we enjoyed some QT together? Or is it because my boss keeps screaming "NICE SHOT" from her office while I hear the "golf claps" and whistles every few moments? The sun is beaming through my window and my spirits are high. Man this feels good.
PS! My dear friend (we'll call her "onesie" for all intensive purposes) passed on information for NYC's Urbanathlon in September. Jist: a 10 mile run with intermittent stops including rope wall, 52 flights of stairs, push ups, monkey bars and more! I am 100% completing this challenge and I can't wait for our training to begin. I am running the Army 10 miler the following weekend and Onesie has convinved me to run the Richmond Half Marathon with her in November!! My calendar is getting full and I love it.
