One of my friends from high school works at his family-owned restaurant/bar and very frequently throws great parties. Since he is a friend from high school, it tends to lead to a mini high school reunion, and you will never hear me complain! Its a great way to catch up with everyone and just keep in touch.
Later that night, E and I went into Old Town Alexandria to meet up with my good friend Pete and his brand new fiance for a celebration at a great kareoki bar, Rock It Grill. They got engaged just 3 days earlier and it was also her birthday weekend. My friend flew his fiance's bestfriend into town, ordered a limo to drive them to and from the bar, and surprised her with all of their friends at the bar. It was a really neat event to be a part of, not to mention, how adorable are they??? I couldn't be happier for them!!!!
Later that night E & I met up with one of my bestfriends from college. I absolutely love this guy and it was so great to have him visiting from the west coast. Tons of laughs were had and I can't wait to do it again ASAP!!! A dance party at 2 a.m. has forced me to never be able to look at my parking garage the same way!!
Months ago I purchased tickets to see Keith Urban and Sugarland here in DC. {read here} Well, the show turned out to be a huge hit and will also go down as one of the best concerts I have ever been to. Of course, my date wasn't all too shabby either!! Look at these great pictures I got throughout the show and please excuse my massive crush on Jennifer Nettles. She is gorgeous and has one of the best voices in the industry!
