Good Friday

My family is kicking off the Easter weekend in DC style. This afternoon we are walking to the Tidal Basin to see the Cherry Blossoms. Today is supposed to be the last day of their peak, so we are eager to catch a glimps. Afterwards, we are having dinner at Old Ebbitt Grill, Washington's oldest, most historic saloon, founded in 1856. I can't wait to walk by the monuments with my family and soak up the history.
The weather could not be more on our side with a forecast of high 70's/low 80's.
